Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Courthouse Cafe & Gallery Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 23 November 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2006 at 10.16am.
