Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 March 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Alda Investments Limited be liquidated and that Terrence John Harris, accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 March 2007.
