Notice is hereby given that on 22 February 2007 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Base Travel (NZ) Pty Limited be liquidated and that Brent John Whitnall, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
