John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both
of Wellington, were appointed interim liquidators of the
above-named companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 246(1) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2007 at 10.12am.
