Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Te Korowai Aroha o Tupoho Trust by the High Court, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 March 2007 at 10.28am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Te Korowai Aroha
o Tupoho Trust, we fix 21 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
