Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 21 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Yaocai Developments Limited be liquidated and that Craig Emerson Speakman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 21 March 2007 at Auckland.
