Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that G-Group Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 December 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 5 December 2006 at 9.15am.
