Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 2 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ian Cartwright Painting Limited be liquidated and that Richard Craig Kuegler, chartered accountant of Takanini, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 March 2007 at 9.00am.
The undersigned does fix 30 April 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or
to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
