Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 March 2007, it was resolved by the directors and shareholders that Allan Nicholas Developments Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Noel Rathbun and Richard Charles Ashby, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 March 2007.
