Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Trade Base Nelson Limited be liquidated
and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 March 2007 at 9.45am.
