Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 19 March 2007, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 24 April 2007, as the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
