Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 March 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lombardy Securities Limited
be liquidated and that Gavin Ross Buckingham, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2007 at 10.00am.
The undersigned does hereby fix Monday, 30 April 2007,
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
