Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Waikato Toys Limited (in liquidation) on 12 March 2007 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies
Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 9 April 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of Waikato Toys Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
