Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 246(1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Rodney Gane Pardington was appointed interim liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Auckland on 15 March 2007.
The interim liquidation commenced on 15 March 2007 at 3.05pm.
