Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2007 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
An Ying (East Auckland) Limited, An Ying Group (Wellington) Limited, An Ying Immigration & Travel Consultants Limited, An Ying International Travel Limited and Anying Auckland City Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Mark Lawrence and Anthony John McCullagh, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 15 May 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
