Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2006 at 7.30pm, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tracer Limited be liquidated and that Atul Mehta, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 21 December 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Tracer Limited does hereby fix 31 January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
