Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie and Kevin Rae, chartered accountants of West Yates Limited, were appointed liquidators of The Living Onion Company Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2007.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company’s directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 13 April 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
