Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Nelson Administration Services Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 March 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 1 March 2007 at 10.12am.
