Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that New Horizons Cafe Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 March 2007 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 9 March 2007 at 8.40am.
