Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 28 February 2007 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Maclennan Automotive
& Performance Cent Re Limited be put into liquidation
and that Roland Lawrence Sarten, chartered accountant
of Wellington, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2007 at 10.00am.
A certificate, pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, has been signed by the directors on 27 February 2007, certifying that in their opinion the company will, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
The reason for this opinion is that the company has more assets than liabilities.
