Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David James Withell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that he was appointed as liquidator of Withell Investments Limited on 7 March 2007 at 1.20pm, at which date and time the liquidation commenced, by a special resolution of the members of Withell Investments Limited.
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
