Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed
as liquidator of UBS Trustees (New Zealand) Limited by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).
The liquidation commenced on 8 January 2007 at 10.00am.
The liquidator fixes 9 February 2007, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
