Notice is hereby given that on 27 February 2007 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that Ando Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Philip du Preez, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 30 March 2007, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
