Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 19 February 2007 at 9.01am, the shareholders of CKI (New Zealand) Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 30 April 2007.
