Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan were appointed joint and several liquidators of Fainelea Flats Limited
(in liquidation) on 26 February 2007 at 6.00pm by a shareholders special resolution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 20 March 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
