Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of the following shareholder resolution dated the 28th day of February 2007:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved
that the company is placed into liquidation from
28 February 2007 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator.”
