Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 19 December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hornby Industrial Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2006 at 10.00am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 26 January 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
