Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 16 February 2007.
The liquidation commenced on 16 February 2007 at 2.30pm, being the date and time of my consent to my appointment.
The directors have certified that the company is in a solvent state.
Accordingly, the liquidation is that of a solvent company.

Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of No Commission Property Sales Southland Limited (in liquidation), I fix
20 April 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
