Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 13 February 2007 at 1.43pm, the shareholders of Wairau Road Developments Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that Stephen Michael Sudbury, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that I, Stephen Michael Sudbury, fix
23 March 2007, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
