Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 February 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Peterry Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Neil William Evetts, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 February 2007.
