Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 9 February 2007 at 3.00pm, it was resolved by
resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Nigel Andrew Milton, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
