Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 6 February 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Paul Meredith Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Stormer, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 February 2007.
