Notice of Appointment of Administrators and of a First Meeting of Creditors

On 4 December 2007, the companies, under section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), appointed David Stuart Vance and Henry David Levin, of PPB McCallum Petterson, as joint and several administrators.
Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held in the offices of PPB McCallum Petterson Limited, 8th Floor, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on 14 December 2007 at 1.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and,
if so,
(b) who are to be the committee’s members.
At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:
(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
Notice to Secured Creditors
Notice is hereby given that any person who holds a valid charge over the whole, or substantially the whole, of the companies’ property, has 10 working days from the date of administration to enforce its security, failing which it will lose its opportunity to do so, without specific leave of the administrators or of the Court.
