Pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Police Complaints Authority Act 1988, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Justice Lowell Patria Goddard, Q.C., High Court Judge, of Wellington
as Police Complaints Authority, for a term of five years commencing on 13 February 2007.
