In the matter of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and
in the matter of New Zealand Gaming Expo Limited and Company (a partnership):
New Zealand Gaming Expo Limited as General
Partner, and Clubs New Zealand Inc and Australasian Gaming Machine Manufacturers Association (formerly Australasian Gaming Machine Manufacturers Association), as Special Partners of the Special Partnership called New Zealand Gaming Expo Limited and Company, hereby give notice of a unanimous resolution by the partners passed on the 22nd day of August 2006, to dissolve the Special Partnership.
In terms of section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908, the Special Partnership shall be dissolved upon this notice being signed, acknowledge, registered and published in the manner prescribed whereupon the assets of the Special Partnership shall be distributed in the manner prescribed by Clause 22.4 of the deed, dated the 24th day of June 2004, under which the Special Partnership was created.
