Notice of Dissolution of Partnership
Pursuant to Section 40 of the Partnership Act 1908
T. Gould and N. Gould, of Waikawa Bay, Picton, and Bruce Leslie and Anne Leslie, of Ashburton (being all the partners of Winchmore Salmon Partnership 1997), hereby give notice that Bruce Leslie and Anne Leslie have purchased
T. Gould and N. Gould’s interest in that partnership and in the company known as Winchmore Salmon Marketing Limited on the 24th day of May 2006, and advise that consequently, the partnership was dissolved effective from the 24th day of May 2006.
