Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to
amalgamate Woodnet Works Limited and New Zealand Forest Management and Marketing Services Limited
(“the companies”), pursuant to section 220 of the Companies Act 1993.
The effective date of the amalgamation shall be the 30th
day of November 2006.
Woodnet Works Limited is to be the continuing amalgamated company.
A copy the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any of
the companies or by any person to whom any of the companies is under any obligation.
These people may inspect the proposal during normal business hours at Eastwood Bourke Limited, Chartered Accountants, 1/89 Chapel Street, Masterton.
A shareholder or a creditor of any of the companies or
any person to whom any of the companies is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request.
