Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
Maungahuka Holdings Limited hereby gives notice that it intends, after the 31st day of October 2006, to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
