Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
First Data New Zealand Limited and Peace Software International Limited hereby give notice that in not
less than 20 working days from the date of this notice,
they propose amalgamating and continuing as First Data New Zealand Limited.
Any shareholder or creditor of any of the above named companies, or any person to whom any of the companies is obligated, may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies as follows:
First Data New Zealand Limited, Level Two, Southern Cross Building, 59 67 High Street, Auckland; or
Peace Software International Limited, Level Two,
100 Symonds Street, Auckland.
Any shareholder or creditor shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request from either of the above-named companies.
