Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Mauritius
Pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company hereby gives notice that the company intends, after the 14th day of February 2006, to apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Mauritius.
Any inquiries should be made to the director at the registered office of the company at Level Five, 34-36 Cranmer Square, corner of Kilmore Street and Cranmer Square, Christchurch.
