Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 220 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the boards of Belborough Holdings Limited and Amuri Agriculture Limited have, by way of resolutions dated the 20th day of February 2006, resolved to enter into an amalgamation proposal.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, being care of Simon Mortlock Partners, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, and will be supplied free of charge upon request by any shareholder, creditor or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation to.
