Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given of the proposed amalgamation
of Physiomed Limited (“Physiomed”) and Physiomed Canterbury Limited (“Physiomed Canterbury”).
A copy of the amalgamation proposal:
(a) is available for inspection during normal business hours at the registered office of either Physiomed or Physiomed Canterbury, as set out below; or
(b) will be sent free of charge upon request to either Physiomed or Physiomed Canterbury, made at/or to, the addresses set out below;
by any shareholder or creditor of Physiomed or Physiomed Canterbury or by any other person to whom either amalgamating company is under an obligation.
