Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Parker Garages Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland, on Monday, the 18th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

1. Liquidator’s report on the proceeding of the liquidation
to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regards to the company’s affairs.
3. To consider to appoint any other nominees as liquidator(s) of the company.
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
