Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Meridian Homes Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Conference Centre, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Greenlane, Auckland, on Monday, the 18th day of December 2006, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint any other nominees as liquidator of the company.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
