Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Dabco Consultants Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of the above-named company does hereby fix the 20th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
