Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at The Auckland Club, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland on Thursday, the 21st day of September 2006 at 10.15 a.m.
Business:
1. To determine if another liquidator should be appointed in place of the liquidator so appointed.
2. To determine if the liquidator should have regard to the views of the creditors as expressed at the creditors’ meeting.
3. To determine if a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidator.
4. To discuss any matters arising out of the liquidator’s first report.
5. To discuss any further information which may assist the liquidator.
Creditors who have lodged a proof of debt may exercise their right to vote either by being present in person or by proxy or by postal vote.
Creditor companies must be represented by a person with
a proxy to be able to vote or holding written authority.
All voting papers must reach the office of the liquidator not later than the 20th day of September 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
