Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Ngati Mutunga
o Wharekauri Trust and Ngati Mutunga o Wharekauri Incorporated (both in liquidation) fix the 29th day of September 2006, as the day on or before the creditors of the trust and/or society are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
