Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of C E Heath Trust and in the matter of HIH Limited and HIH Insurance Holdings (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, in his capacity as the liquidator of HIH Insurance Holdings (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation), being the sole shareholder of HIH Limited, which is the corporate trustee for C E Heath Trust, does hereby fix the 8th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the C E Heath Trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made after the 8th day of September 2006.
