Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to:
(a) consider an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) consider confirmation of the current liquidator or appointment of another in his place;
(c) consider appointment of a creditors’ committee;
(d) receive the views of creditors; and
(e) consider general business.
The meeting will be held on Monday, the 28th day of August 2006 at 2.00 p.m., in the Meeting Room, Atkinson Shepherd Hensman Limited, Chartered Accountants, 107 Market Street South, Hastings.
