Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, in his capacity as the liquidator of FAI Home Security Holdings
New Zealand Limited (in liquidation), which is the Corporate Trustee for FAI Home Security (NZ) Unit Trust, does hereby fix the 18th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the FAI Home Security (NZ) Unit Trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made after the 18th day of August 2006.
